We sell jewelry made by local artisans. We carry an assortment of unique and precious metals pieces, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings as well as high-end consigned jewelry. We are committed to our customers selling authentic designer labels and giving them the best value for their money. We will do our best to ensure that we do not sell any counterfeits, also known as fakes or knockoffs. We will do our best to authenticate every item before it is added to our boutique. Every top designer has its own identifying marks. When it comes to quality and workmanship, even the very best copies can’t replicate the real thing. If we have even the slightest doubt about the authenticity of an item, we ask the consignor to provide an original receipt or one or more of the following from the list below. We then go the extra step of verifying the information with local stores. If a counterfeit item is given to us for consignment the consignor has 24 hours to retrieve the item or it will be disposed of by It’s Chic Again! Consignment, LLC. Any counterfeit items received by mail will be shipped back at the owner’s expense.

Returns
We are consignment/resale store. We’re offering top authentic designer labels at the best prices. We therefore do not accept returns or exchanges.
Pricing
All fashion items will be priced at It’s Chic Again! Consignment LLC’s discretion. All merchandise is subject to the regular scheduled markdowns. It’s Chic Again! Consignment, LLC reserves the right to hold sales events and to discount the merchandise.
Ownership
The consignor guarantees that they are the true and lawful owner of any and all merchandise consigned with It’s Chic Again! Consignment, LLC. The consignor agrees to hold harmless It’s Chic Again!, LLC. for any damages arising from any and all claims, demands, losses, causes of action, damage, lawsuits, judgments, including attorneys’ fees and costs, to the extent caused by or arising out of or relating to the unlawful ownership of merchandise.
